Grab your tissues and your striped blankets, Canada. After 355 years, Hudson's Bay is officially closing all of its doors and has sent one last message to canucks across the country.
After announcing in March the coming closure of most of its locations, the Canadian department store recently decided to close the remaining six stores in Ontario and Quebec, marking the end of an era.
Taking to Instagram, Hudson's Bay shared some sweet words, writing, "If there's one thing we know, it's that our stripes will live on. Keep them wrapped around your shoulders, displayed in your homes, and stitched into the memories we made together. You'll always be part of our story, Canada. All Hudson's Bay stores and thebay.com are closing."
Now, if there's one silver lining in all of this, it's that the final stores will be holding liquidation sales, with savings of up to 70 per cent off.
